UCS is an Independent boys day School located in Hampstead. The Society aims to help aspiring Geographers develop their understanding more fully, and to complement the syllabus teaching. The majority who attend meetings are aged between 15 and 18, however the society is open to boys as young as 11. Attendence is compulsory for those boys studying A-level Geography. From 1989 to 1998 the Geography society remained inactive, though a society has existed since the early part of this century.
